About the Role
This is an AI-native engineering role focused on shipping production-ready software at high velocity.
As an Applied AI Software Engineer, you’ll prototype products, build internal tools, and develop enterprise systems using modern AI workflows across the full development lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Use AI-native tooling as your primary development stack: Cursor, Claude Code, agents
- Deliver features end-to-end with strong engineering judgment
- Identify and automate repeatable workflows across the product
- Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders at client engagements
- Maintain quality and accountability in an AI-accelerated environment
What We Look For
- Strong engineering fundamentals (AI amplifies judgment, it doesn't replace it)
- Near-senior exceptions possible for standout candidates
- Strong English; Swedish is a plus
- EU work permit or Swedish citizenship required
