About the Role
This is an AI-native engineering role focused on shipping production-ready software at high velocity.
As a Full-stack Vibecoder, you’ll prototype products, build internal tools, and develop enterprise systems using modern AI workflows across the full development lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Use AI-native tooling as your primary development stack: Cursor, Claude Code, agents
- Deliver features end-to-end with strong engineering judgment
- Identify and automate repeatable workflows across the product
- Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders at client engagements
- Maintain quality and accountability in an AI-accelerated environment
What We Look For
- Strong engineering fundamentals (AI amplifies judgment, it doesn't replace it)
- Near-senior exceptions possible for standout Vibecoders
- Strong English; Swedish is a plus
- EU work permit or Swedish citizenship required
